Naya, a company with a successful Kickstarter history, is back with a modular mechanical keyboard system that caters to the undecided. The Naya Connect builds upon its predecessor, the Naya Create, which was a unique ergonomic split keyboard with a twist. Now, Naya takes this modularity further with the Connect. It adapts the concept to a standard flat keyboard layout, making it more accessible while expanding its capabilities. And the response has been phenomenal! It reached its modest funding goal in a mere six minutes, proving its appeal.
The system comprises four core components: the Naya Type, a sleek 75% low-profile mechanical keyboard; a 24-key multipad; a six-key programmable strip; and a dock. The dock, a standout feature, includes four keys and accommodates the same swappable controllers as the Create. This setup is a decision-maker's dream, allowing users to effortlessly switch between full-size and compact keyboards or various input devices.
